This traditional Bai-style wooden courtyard home was constructed by businessman Yan Zizheng in the early 1900s, using the fortune he made from trading along the Tea Horse Road. Don't miss the small entrance off the 4th courtyard to the 'No 5 Garden', and an underground air-raid shelter. There's surprisingly good English signage throughout the complex.
