Tomb of Niperpathot Siwa Oasis

In the Tomb of Niperpathot, one of the oldest in the oasis, the inscriptions and crude drawings are made in the same reddish ink you can see on modern Siwan pottery. Niperpathot was the Prophet of Osiris and Scribe of the Divine documents, and his mummy is still in the tomb.
