Tithe Barn Wiltshire

This vast 14th-century stone structure originally belonged to monks from Shaftesbury Abbey, and was used to store tithes (a 10% produce tax) during the Middle Ages. It's worth visiting for its beautiful wood-vaulted interior and stone-tiled roof.The barn is half a mile south of the town centre, off the B3109.
