Timbac Caves The Cordillera

These are the most well-preserved and interesting Ibaloi mummies that you can see in the area but unfortunately the caves have been closed since 2016. Specialists are working on how to better preserve the quickly deteriorating bodies. If the caves are open, the most culturally sensitive way to get to them is with a guide via a strenuous four-to-six hour hike.
