Voted 'Britain's ugliest new building' when it appeared, the Strata SE1 building (nicknamed the 'Razor') is topped with three wind turbines that never seem to turn (partly as they cannot rotate to face into the prevailing winds, although reports also suggest they were too noisy for upper-floor residents).
