Roman Theatre Algeria

On the southern limit of the old town, the Roman theatre is believed to have been built by Juba II. If true, it is one of the earliest surviving Roman theatres in existence. You can't enter into the compound where the theatre is, but you can look through the barriers where you'll make out the grass covered stage and some of the seating for up to 5000 spectators.
