Iglesia El Carmen Antigua

The church is not open to the public, but the partially destroyed facade with its multiple carved columns is a marvel. What we see today is what's left of the last version, dating from 1728, though the dome and bell tower fell not 50 years later. The adjacent building houses a large handicrafts market.
