Greek Orthodox Cathedral Hania

This three-aisled basilica with its prominent bell tower is dedicated to the Virgin of the Three Martyrs, Hania's patron saint. The present structure was completed in 1860 and sits atop an older church dating to the 14th century that was demoted to soap factory during Turkish rule.
