Glass Window Bridge Eleuthera

Here Eleuthera narrows dramatically to a thin span straddling the divide between pounding deep blue Atlantic and the tranquil turquoise shoals of the Bight of Eleuthera. A hurricane destroyed the natural bridge that was once there, so a narrow built substitute is now the only thing connecting north and south Eleuthera. The difference between the two bodies of water is striking and is one of the island’s premier photo ops.
