Garden of the Gulf Museum Prince Edward Island

On the southern side of the river, the statuesque former post office and customs house (1888) overlooks the marina, and since 1958 has been home to this small community museum (the oldest on PEI, apparently). The displays are strictly local-interest: historic photos of the town, Mi’kmaq artifacts and a recreation of an old general store.
