Cerro de la Cruz Antigua

Well worth the ascent, Cerro de la Cruz provides fine views looking south over town toward Volcán Agua. The prominent cross at the head of the lookout point is devoted to the city's patron saint. The site long held a notoriety for muggings, so municipal police patrol from 8am to 4pm daily.
